On this journey, there will be stops at different secluded and isolated mines. You will even have a chance to try your hand at gold panning in a natural spring that furnishes precious water to the desert wildlife. The colorful history of the Old West and the way Life was in the Eldorado Canyon becomes a reality on your professionally guided tour of the “Old Savage Mine”. You’ll envision the back-breaking work done by prospectors over a century ago as they chased gold veins deep into this rugged mountainside.

You will be picked up in Las Vegas and transported to Eldorado Canyon, Nevada where you will take a guided tour through the Eldorado Gold Mine. After this stop, it's off to the Desert for the start of your adventure. You will be taken to the ATVs and fitted for helmets, goggles and gloves. Next will be a brief, but thorough, Safety and Operations Orientation. After your orientation, it's on to the trails! During your exciting ATV ride, you will experience the spectacular scenery of the Southwest Desert. Complimentary meal and refreshments will be provided for you.

Requirements

• Must be 16 or over to operate ATV.
• Under 18 must have Parent/Guardian sign paperwork in presence of employee.
• Boots or Sturdy Shoes required, no sandals or open-toed shoes.
• This is a sightseeing tour, not a race.

Please Note: Children between 6 -15 years of age, must ride on a Rhino with a Guide or Parent.
